Some History...

My experience in real estate began after a career in teaching and helping

create curriculum and administrative assistance along with teaching grades

one through eight in a Honolulu private school.  Given my univeristy and college background in the arts and humanities, this was a perfect fit.

The second career has been real estate, helping sellers and buyers locate

in various areas of the Island of Oahu.  For over thirty years I have become

acquainted with various types of properties- single family homes, land, condos,

and multifamily units for living and investment.  The diversity of lifestyle choices

in Hawaii has given me a solid foundation in the complexity of what a good realtor

must know in the proces off helping clients.

This phase of my life is now focused on helping serious buyers find homes in

a very competitive market.  Hawaii has become very expensive and it is my

intention to help clients navigate to the best sale or purchase with as much

knowledge to make good choices and find what suits the client best.  I live and

work on the Windward side, which constitutes half of the Island up to the North shore.  With agents on all islands, HomeSmart can refer to neighbor island agents with the assurance of professional help.
